  • We are seeking a versatile individual to manage the roles of Operations supervisor and Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth production processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the production team and suppliers to manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the Director of Operations.
  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable.
  • Calculate and process sales representatives’ commissions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
  • Support budget planning and financial forecasting
  • Assist in implementing financial controls and procedures
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with the Managing Director’s objectives and support strategic planning and project management.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
