- We are seeking a versatile individual to manage the roles of Operations supervisor and Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth production processes and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team and suppliers to manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address operational issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the Director of Operations.
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Calculate and process sales representatives’ commissions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting
- Assist in implementing financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with the Managing Director’s objectives and support strategic planning and project management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reporting: This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
